Team IA warrants that its services hereunder will be performed in a workman-like manner. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF IA FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS ALLOCABLE TO THE PRODUCT(S) FOR WHICH MAINTENANCE WAS DEFECTIVE FOR THE PERIOD SAID MAINTENANCE WAS REPORTED AND DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE.
